Their mission is to deliver the best labour hire experience in Australia. Hands-on and approachable, they work directly with clients, staying accessible around the clock to ensure every project gets the right people.

MEET THE TEAM

Parya brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry, backed by Honours degrees in both Architecture and Construction Management. With a proven track record as a Contract Administrator, she combines precision, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes. This expertise drives everything she does at ICA, ensuring clients receive a service that’s both efficient and deeply informed.

Liz brings a background in Aboriginal employment services, disability support, executive administration and workforce development. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with employers and job seekers to create employment pathways and positive workforce outcomes. As Director of Indigenous Core Australia, Liz is passionate about increasing Indigenous participation in the construction industry and helping clients build reliable, capable workforces that support successful project delivery.

JOE MURRELL

JUSTIN LISTER

Joe brings over 17 years of hands-on construction experience, having worked his way up from apprentice carpenter to tradesman and into key site leadership roles. Now, as Director of Indigenous Core Australia, he leverages this hard-earned insight to connect builders with high-performing, site-ready talent, ensuring every placement adds real value where it matters most, on site, under pressure, and when timelines are tight, delivering outcomes that make a real difference to project success.

With more than 30 years working across the construction industry, Justin has spent decades on the tools and in hands-on leadership roles, gaining a deep understanding of what makes a crew reliable and a project run smoothly. As GM of Indigenous Core Australia, he now focuses on building strong workforce partnerships and helping clients access dependable, site-ready people who can step in and make an immediate impact.
